Terms and Conditions

• Course details on the website, such as syllabus, duration, timings and fees, are for guidance and may change when a new batch starts.
• A free demo class lets you experience our teaching before you decide. Attending a demo does not guarantee a seat in any batch.
• We may change a batch schedule, faculty member or mode of teaching (offline or online) when needed. We will inform enrolled students in advance wherever possible.

• Admission is confirmed only after the admission form is complete and the required fee is paid. Please keep your fee receipt safe.
• Fees must be paid on or before the due dates communicated at the time of admission. We may stop access to classes or material for unpaid instalments.
• Fees are quoted for the course and duration mentioned at admission. Any change in course or batch may change the fee.

• Fees once paid are generally non-refundable and non-transferable to another person.
• Any exception is decided by the management case by case and is confirmed in writing. Please ask about the refund and batch change rules at the time of admission.
• If we cancel a batch, we will offer you a seat in another batch or refund the unused part of your fee.

We expect students to:

• Attend classes and tests regularly and on time.
• Treat teachers, staff and other students with respect.
• Not disturb classes, damage property, or use phones in a way that disrupts teaching.
• Not share login details, recordings or materials with people who have not enrolled.

We may warn, suspend or remove a student who breaks these rules. Fees are not refunded in such cases.

All notes, videos, test papers, logos, text and images on this website and in our classes belong to Gurumantra Coaching or its faculty. You may use them for your own preparation only.

You may not copy, record, resell, upload or share them publicly, including on YouTube, Telegram or WhatsApp groups, without our written permission.

We work hard to prepare students for UP TGT, PGT, Super TET and other exams. Selection depends on many things outside our control, including your own effort, exam difficulty, vacancies and competition. We cannot guarantee any result, rank or selection.

Results and achievements shown on the website are examples of past students and do not promise the same outcome for you.

• Give correct information in forms, and do not submit false enquiries.
• Do not try to harm, hack or overload the website.
• Links to third-party sites such as WhatsApp, YouTube, Telegram or Google Maps are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

To the extent allowed by law, Gurumantra Coaching is not liable for indirect losses, loss of opportunity, or any loss caused by events beyond our control, such as power or internet failure, natural events, government orders or exam date changes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fee you paid for the course concerned.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. We encourage you to talk to us first so we can try to resolve any issue directly.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continued use of the website or our courses after a change means you accept the updated terms.
